For numerous lovers of the traditional British holiday this means freedom to do your own thing, lots of fresh air and magnificent beaches and for many this means that the lure of foreign climes is lost in favour of camping, touring and caravanning throughout the UK. The only concern is choosing the right location and site but both potential problems are solved on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey and at the three star Mornest Caravan Park. A spotlessly clean, friendly, family run park, Mornest caters for families and those seeking to revel in the peace and quiet to be found in the heart of this lovely island linked by bridge to the North Wales mainland.
The Mornest Caravan Park is spacious, welcoming and just off junction 7 of the A55, so whilst peaceful, very easy to find. Just four miles from the Blue Flag Llanddwyn Beach the site is truly appealing and, for the visitor, almost self sufficient with the Tafarn Y Gors Public House open every day, and the restaurant serving home cooked meals and snacks every day apart from Monday and Tuesday. What could be better than relaxing here in the beer garden in the sunshine with a drink? Perfect!
But it is the overall feeling of space, cleanliness and the high standard of basic facilities that makes Mornest Caravan Park so special. Modern toilets and showers, laundry room, chemical toilet waste disposal unit, 24 hour CCTV security, electrical hook up points, caravan and boat storage, seasonal pitches and winter storage. They really do seem to have thought of everything at Mornest and provided you clean up after them, you can even take the family dog!
