Abbots House Farm in North Yorkshire

Abbots House Farm is a lovely camping and caravanning site located in Goathland (Whitby), North Yorkshire. Situated on a farm in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, this campsite offers good views of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway and the moors. It is right next to the Yorkshire Television’s ‘Aidensfield’ in the ‘Heartbeat’ series and very close to Scarborough, Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay. The site has 90 level pitches and accepts tents, caravans and motor homes.
Facilities on this site comprise of showers, toilets, washing up sinks, family washroom, chemical disposal point, water points and disabled facilities just to mention a few. You can enjoy some cycling, walking or just relaxing onsite. The nearby village of Goathland which is a few minutes walk away has additional amenities to cater for your needs while staying on this campsite. Dogs are welcome here but must remain on a leash as the farm has livestock on it. You may use a generator but ensure it is off by 8 pm and remember to carry a torch as the site is does not have lighting on the fields and access lanes.
