Our family-owned site is close to the market town of Driffield, 'Capital of The Yorkshire Wolds', The two-paddock site (one designated Adults only) is licensed for 49 units and has 26 EHUs (10A). There is a modern, rustic shower block and a kitchen/food preparation area with two drainer/sinks, microwave cooker and washing machine. Sheep and cattle graze in the adjacent paddocks and our hens are free range. Dogs are welcome but there is no dedicated dog walking area on site.

In the family farmhouse we offer two en-suite rooms for Bed & Breakfast guests which are often used by visitors' families; please ask for further details.

East End Farm is a great base for cycling and walking on the Wolds, within easy reach of the seaside resorts of Bridlington, Filey, Hornsea and Scarborough. Please see our website for a comprehensive list of places to visit.

Debit cards accepted.

Our larger paddock may be booked for rallies by certified clubs.

Reviews of East End Farm Campsite

This was probably the nicest and most welcoming campsite my husband and I have ever stayed on. Tony and Heather, the owners are kind and generous people and are very keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail is notable and the cleanliness of the facilities cannot be faulted. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

Lovely to have you with us & thank you for this great review. See you again in August.
We are Aussies travelling around the UK in a motorhome and have found a great farm stay at East End Farm in the centre of Garton-on-the-Wolds in East Yorkshire. We only intended to stay one night but have now stayed for our ninth night. It is a quiet site and very pleasant to wake up in the morning and look out over the small village to the wolds. It is close to major shops and a good base to sightsee in several directions. Our hosts Tony and Heather are very friendly and helpful. Modern amenities and sites are spacious.

Thank you Brian. Hope you soon get the spare part for your oven!
Splendid!

Even dough the weather conditions were very bad, Heather and Tony gave us a warm welcome.

On the campsite you are provided with all facilities you can wish for. Nice hot showers with large and recent sanitation. There is also a kitchen area in mint condition. And all of these facilities are placed in heated rooms.

Next to the well equipped site, there is also Tony and Heather themselves. You can always go and ask them for help and advise. We were given some vegetables when we were to late to go to the store. And you can also get eggs from their chickens :)

They gave us advice on cycling routes and places to visit accompanied with a coffee or thee.

At some nights, when it was to cold to sleep in the tent, we were offered to use the B&B. Since it was available we could switch if we wanted to.

For cyclists (as we are) Driffield is the ideal location to start your tours in the Yorkshire wolds. You can head for the eastern coast, or go for the hills in the wolds. We visited Malton, York, the Bempton cliffs...

We will visit them again some time for sure!

Thank you so much for your review which is hugely appreciated. Sorry the weather was so wet whilst you were with us - do come and see us again when you are next over here!
WHAT A GREAT LITTLE SITE ! We've just returned from this lovely peaceful site. On arrival had a warm welcome by the owners Tony & Heather, Tony then went on to show us the excellent facilities a newly built shower block spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard. The pot wash / utility room included microwave, fridge & a washing machine was in place and was just about to be fitted in. There was also fresh eggs available daily from the owners free range chickens. Tony & Heather were very knowledgeable about the local area with plenty of information about the area in the utility room. The site is dog friendly with a warm welcome for our 2 dogs on arrival. Access to the site is very good and the driveway to the camping area has just been concreted. I have to say again WHAT A GRAT LITTLE SITE ! we will return.
