Avocet Glamping at 'Rosemead' is in the beautiful ancient village of Adlingfleet, hidden away on the boundary of East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire where the Trent meets the Ouse.
The northern banks are set back from the River Ouse, creating the largest tidal reedbed in England, which is managed by the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds as a haven for wildlife.
Our luxury bell tent has a wood stove and a plentiful supply of wood to keep you cosy and warm during your stay, It sleeps 4 adults comfortably plus a child, A double bed and up to three single beds as required.
We do not charge for logs for the fire (maximum 2 wheelbarrows of logs per week).
We have a lean-to tarpaulin which will be next to the tent for a bit of shelter whilst cooking.
Our facilities are brand new, we have a well sized wetroom with a shower, sink and toilet, and a porch to one side of the outbuilding with a double belfast sink for washing up.
We usually have eggs available from our free range hens and also have two Nubian goats Maizy and Martha.
