This is a lovely quiet and small site set in a beautiful location ideal for cycling and walking. The facilities are limited but are clean and adequate. We are set in great location for visiting the North Cotswolds villages and towns.
* Stratford-upon-Avon is only 17 miles away
* Warwick Castle 25 minutes drive time
* The beautiful gardens of Hidcote Manor and Kiftsgate are close by
* Dragonfly nature walks through the valley into the woods and beyond
* Camp site 1/2 mile from village stores and Red Lion Pub
* The Folklore includes Dick Whittington, 16 Witches and The King and his men turned to stone dating from 3000BC
* Moreton Tuesday Market is a must for all shoppers.

A great peaceful campsite. The little dog is still there, a bit yappy but aren't most small dogs? My son and niece stroked him without a problem. Kids loved the site as they had lots of space to explore and play in. As family were also camping we got a deal 1 tent was £10 other tent was £8. Bargain for the location. Toilets are clean and plenty of soap and toilet roll was available. Highly recommend

A really lovely and peaceful campsite. No nasty dog as mentioned in previous reviews. Toilets and washing up facilities a little old and basic, but clean and at night there were garden lights that lit up the way. There WAS liquid soap to use! The owner was really friendly and helpful. It was great to have a campfire. We bought a bag of logs from the owner and collected some sticks on the way back from the Red Lion pub which is a short walk away, and has a superb beer garden and play area. Shame there aren't any showers because then we would love to stay longer!! Loads of space for children to play and donkeys, horse and chickens which was nice.

A pleasant enough campsite at first glance. Nice to be able to have a camp fire. However, BE WARNED! The owners nasty small dog which is allowed to run free put a hole in my friends trousers and when I confronted the owners, the dog came and grabbed my trousers and bit my leg! It later bit the owners son!
One clean toilet for the whole site but not even any liquid soap. It seems the owner charges what he likes. 2 of us got charged £10 and one of us £8.

Basic site, clean toilets and lots of space. It's good that you can have a proper campfire, but not so good that you are not allowed to pick up dead wood off the floor to get your fire going. Logs are for sale from farm house, but you will need smaller wood to get your fire going, so either collect before you go or take a walk offsite!
