Reviews of Whitcliffe Camp Site

We stayed at Whitcliffe Camp Site recently on a cheap weekend away. Saw the campsite advertised online and a bit like ronseal - it did exactly what it said on the tin including the awe inspiring view, never seen anything like it.

We arrived without reservations and were offered a level pitch or the open field. We chose to camp on the slope for £5 each - bargain! Head up, feet down, no worries. They provided bricks for our disposable BBQ and were big on recycling which makes a nice change. The campsite has free showers (boys & girls) and they were always kept clean. Rustic farm site by the stables with all the fascilities we really need for a weekend away and electric is available in the 'washroom' if you happen to pack your straighteners like me!

We will definitely be back having enjoyed our stay & the deliciousness of Ludlow - check out the cakes in 'Waltons' biggest butter bun ever.
