The Old Swan Pub in Shropshire

The Old Swan Pub is a lovely campsite located at Montford Bridge near Shrewsbury, Shropshire. It is situated on the grounds of The Wingfield Arms Public House next to the river Severn which offers perfect opportunities for fishing and canoeing. The campsite is equipped with excellent facilities that make it a perfect holiday spot for families and couples. There are 22 hard standing pitches that are fully serviced with electricity, water and a night light.

This campsite has a bar, restaurant, children’s playground, washing up sinks, hot showers, toilet block, chemical disposal and electric hook ups. The pub serves great food as well as ales and is a short walk away from the camping grounds. From this site you can visit Shrewsbury town/castle/abbey, St Andrews Church, Ditherington Flax Mill, Severn Valley Railway and Nesscliffe Country Park among various other local attractions. Motorhomes, Caravans and Tents are acceptable here. You may also bring a dog along.
