Reviews of Lower Lacon Caravan Park

Stayed here loads of times, we always have a good time! Great for us as it's not too far to travel with 2 kids.

Nice site, very friendly staff, the toilets needs updating and the showers in chilly weather are useless. Last year on a hot day, there was no toilet facilities for the kids to use around the pool, (only one disgusting porter loo). The club owner was most annoyed when I took my grandson in the bar to use the loo. I did think about contacting health and safety and asking for their opinion on this. Have they resolved problem for this year???

Excellent site great amenities and friendly staff and people. Only bad side for me was road near to where we camped and train line heard in distance.

This campsite feels like our second home we have been that often over many years. We usually manage to get two stays there a year, three if we are lucky. The amenities on site are good with hot clean showers. The site is well maintained and has lots of lovely trees on site, as well as open spaces. The staff and wardens are all very helpful and friendly and the area around the site is lovely, with some really nice places to visit.
