Bleathwood Lodges and Campsite in Shropshire

Tucked away in the Teme Valley, Bleathwood Lodges offer a peaceful countryside retreat for couples and friends in an idyllic, adult only environment. The lodges are located in a quiet and secure setting, surrounded by fields and footpaths, making it an ideal destination to bring your dogs. The area is rich with places to eat and visit, from castles and stately homes to dog friendly pubs. There is plenty to enjoy.

Bleathwood Lodges is a peaceful and adults only countryside retreat - and might just be heaven for you and your dog. Tucked away in the tiny hamlet of Bleathwood in the Teme Valley, you'll find it just as you cross over the border from Shropshire into Worcestershire.

The site is well sheltered and is blessed with stunning views across countryside to the Clee Hills.

The beautiful and bespoke wood-clad lodge pods are warm and well insulated, and (appropriately) named after trees. French doors open up onto your own personal decking area, with picnic benches dotted around the site for you to enjoy the views.

There are eight lodges, with six sleeping up to three and one sleeping two (either as one double bed or two singles) and one self contained chalet lodge that sleeps up to 6 people. The wooden beds are all handmade, with bedding provided. Dogs are welcome to stay with you in the lodges and there is a large 10 acre field adjacent to the lodges for exercising them.

The site also has five 5 & 6 metre Bell tents (appropriately named after meadow flowers) which are up between April- September, Each Bell tent comes with solar powered lighting, air beds, bedding, cushions and rugs. set in a beautiful meadow adjacent to the lodges with plenty of space to spread out and stunning views across the countryside.

We are located not far from local events, including The Ludlow Food Festival, Burwarton Country Show, Tenbury Agricultural Show, Nozstock Music Festival, Bromyard Folk Festival, Shelsley Walsh Speed Hill Climb, and many more.

The site also lends itself well to group bookings which can have total exclusivity of the whole village of lodges and Bell tents (along with a fully licensed function room and disco available to hire).

Families with children are welcome if you book the entire village which sleeps 12-40 people.

Facilities include separate male and female changing rooms with toilets and showers in each. There's also a fully equipped indoor kitchen with 3 fridges, double hot plate and storage space. Large double undercover BBQ and undercover fire pit area with seating surround, plus picnic tables and benches around the site. Large 150 seat function room with licensed bar and disco on-site available for hire (contact owner for information) we also offer to purchase large baskets of logs, kindling & matches for the fire pit.

Prices start from £54 per night, based on two adults sharing. One additional adult can be added for £15 per night.

along with a dog cleaning levy of £15 per stay.

1 night stays are available all week, however if you wish to stay for 1 night on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening then there will be a premium price, it would work out more cost effective to stay a minimum of two nights over a weekend.

Bell Tents

The price per Bell tent is £58, based on two adults sharing. Additional adults cost £15 each.

Dogs cost £15 per dog per stay.
