"In terms of AA Quality Standards Cuckoos Corner continues to achieve a Three Pennant rating within The AA Caravan & Camping Scheme. On entering the park, I was very impressed by the neatness of the lush grass, difficult to achieve in view of recent wet weather and well-trimmed shrubs combining with pretty seasonal flowers to create an excellent first impression. The new amenities block is of an excellent standard, with smart exterior and interior cladding, matched by quality modern fittings and under floor heating. I was also impressed to see the refurbishment of older block which, when completed, will lift overall facilities to an even higher level. The ground improvements were also noted and all tourers now have the benefit of full services, including TV connection to all pitches. Within both amenities blocks, the usual high standard of cleanliness was also observed. The AA Quality Score will be raised to 86% to reflect the many positive changes since our last assessment."
