A secluded Caravan Club CL with lovely views over the Golden Valley. Ash Meadow is a gently sloping field with a stream at the bottom. Guests have the use of the 3 acre field, subject to farming activities, which may include hay making. Sometimes there may also be sheep on site.
All pitches have electric hook ups and shower and toilets are provided in a newly built amenity block. A quiet and peaceful site, well away from the road but with easy access. A variety of wildlife are often seen on site, including badgers, buzzards, red kite and free range chickens.
Easy to find and situated on the main B4348 road through the Golden Valley between the villages of Dorstone and Peterchurch. Just 7 miles from the world famous book town of Hay on Wye, and 15 miles from the cathedral city of Hereford, bus services stop at the site entrance.
Many outdoor recreation facilities in the area including walking, cycling, canoeing and climbing. Excellent pub in the nearby village of Dorstone.
