Award winning Teglan is best known as the only totally disabled accessible fishery in the u.K we have now built two timber pods. They are fully insulated with mains electricity heating and lighting. Both pods sleep up to four people on either four single futons or a double sofa bed and two futons.
Both pods have fantastic views over one of our two beautiful lakes. From people who have stayed with us we have been told the setting is the most beautiful and peaceful places they have visited.

Reviews of Teglan Fisheries

We have recently returned from a weekend break and had a really great time. Liz, Mark and David were very friendly and helpful. The setting of the lakes and pods is fantastic. You would want for nothing if you came to stay here...the kitchen has everything you could need, there's even a chinese that will deliver to your pod!!! You all definately need to come and fish and stay over night in the pod, with your very own fire pit for when the sun goes down!

Stayed in a 'Pod' for a week. Only being the fishermans wife I found the pod cosy , very warm, we took the TV and watched DVD's at night. Also being disabled the facilites were excellent, very clean and not far (say about 20 ft away from the pod) and the surroundings beautiful, I love taking photographs and I certainly got some beautiful ones. Our hosts, Dave and Liz, very helpful in all aspects. The site is absolutley spotless and very suitable for disabled people.
Hi I am Bill. I love fishing for any fish BIG or Small I would like to say that Teglan Fisheris is THE BEST PLACE I have fished, not only for able fishermen but it is fantastic for disabled fishermen. All men or women that go fishing should try TEGLAN FISHERIES thanks Dave, Liz, and Mark.
PS one or two seat arounds the ponds for disabled pepole would be ideal.

Just got back from a lovely weekend glamping at Teglan Fisheries. Teglan really is the ideal setting, our 'glamping pod' looked out onto a beautiful lake and the surroundings were fantastic. It is apparent how much thought has been put in to making this place what it is, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and look forward to returning one day.
