Briarfields is a family owned touring caravan and camping park, open all year, situated just two and a half miles from Regency Cheltenham.

Our site is ideally situated for experiencing Regency Cheltenham, visiting Gloucester with its wonderful Cathedral, dockside and the new Quays Outlet shopping centre. We are well positioned as a base to explore the lovely Cotswolds villages and experience the diversity of the Royal Forest of Dean. Also we are well placed for just relaxing for an overnight stop whilst breaking your journey (2 minutes from M5 Junction 11).

Briarfields touring park is beautifully landscaped and can accommodate up to 72 caravans/motorhomes. Our caravan/motorhome pitches include free WiFi and are mostly level hard-standing with electric hook-up alongside well maintained lawns, mature trees and shrubs that give all round interest.

Our pitches are a good size and some can take motorhomes up to 40 feet long. It is important to let us know if you do have a larger unit and to book well in advance, so that we can allocate a suitable pitch.

An attractive separate unspoilt area in the centre is set aside for tents and our large pitches can accommodate large modern tents. Parking is also available beside your tent during dry weather, and electric hook-ups are available on request. Our tent field is adjacent to our heated toilet and shower block facility which offers free showers.

Situated in the centre of the site is our heated toilet and shower block facility offering free showers. There is a hair dryer in the ladies washroom which requires 20p coins. A laundry facility is available including washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities and tokens can be purchased from reception. There are also private indoor and outdoor washing and dish-washing areas.

Why not bring your four legged friend on holiday with you as well...... Briarfields is a pet friendly park although we do request that dogs are on a lead at all times and should not be left unattended. We do not have a dog walk on site but we have a leaflet with a few ideas on where dogs can be taken for short local walks. We encourage dog owners to improve and update the leaflet with further suggestions for dog walks.

Situated near to the entrance of the park is our reception where you will always be assured of a warm welcome and with a wide selection of tourist information leaflets, maps and brochures you'll find everything you need to make the most of your stay.

Reviews of Briarfields Motel & Touring Park

We have stayed at this site at least 6 times this year for up to 3 weeks at a time, it' s a perfect location, about a mile off junction 11 on the M5. You always get a very warm welcome by Jo and Scott the owners and they couldn't be more helpful. The staff are very friendly and the site is lovely. The toilet and shower blocks are kept spotless and always lovely and warm even in the coldest weather. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and a freezer where there is always hot water available so why do the dishes in the caravan? If you're looking for a convenient place to stay to visit the Cotswolds you can't stay anywhere better.

This is a wonderful site for visiting Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. If you fancy an evening out in the town, the frequent bus runs day and night, and the stop is a couple of minutes walk from the site.

The toilet block is spotless, with lovely hot showers.

The owners are welcoming, and very helpful.

We've stayed here many times, and happily recommend it, as a base for visiting Cheltenham.
