Reviews of South Lytchett Manor Caravan & Camping Park

Have just stayed here in a Romany Caravan with our 4yr old Grandson. We were so impressed with the quality and luxury furnishings and attention to details, the beds were very comfortable and it was surprisingly roomy. The Romany Caravans are amazing, our Grandson loved it, we loved it, we cannot recommend it enough.
The whole campsite was perfectly maintained with herb gardens you could sample, children's play area, well stocked and reasonably priced shop selling fresh eggs from the chickens on site! The toilet and shower block were spotlessly clean with free hairdryers,a baby bath and toddler step. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful and they made us all very welcome.
Great pub with good food and a free bottle of wine, with the voucher given to us at check in, within walking distance.
The information room has suggested walks, days out and up to date details of all local attractions. It was such a pleasure to stay at such a perfectly run and maintained campsite with friendly happy staff.
We will definitely be back!

Went just after the floods - given the amount of mud the staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything clean. All facilities were kept immaculate. It was a very to expensive pitch a large tent with electric pick-up but I booked hoping that for such a premium it would attract respectful campers and result in a memorable stay - it lived up to all my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate staying there again ( a short cut allowing you to cross the field to the pub rather than via the main entrance would be the icing on the cake!)

I would just like to say well done to the owners and staff of Lytchett Manor camp site. The camp site was lovely and friendly the kids loved playing in the big field they played football and cricket with kids from England and Holland. The toilet and bathroom facilities were immaculate. The location was great we visited sandbanks on many occasions weymouth bournemouth. And the two pubs in the village did fantastic food. We will definately be back ,thankyou for making our holiday a great one yours mrs miller and family.

Great stay. Location fantastic, just hopped on the bus outside the gates into Poole and the other way to Wareham and Swannage. One advantage of being old, you get a free bus pass. The site toilet/shower blocks second to none. Staff very friendly,we will be back in May.
Ps the pub down the road served good food at reasonable prices, you get a voucher for a free bottle of wine at the pub when you stay at South Lytchett Manor.
