Reviews of Venton Farm
My son age 8 and I were greeted by the owner, very firendly Jon and Fi and the freerange chickens upon arrival and enjoyed a few days of tranquil meadow snooze during the day and stargazing at night. This campsite is relaxed and the distant view of Dartmoore is beautiful. We loved there as it is not over crowded like any other places we've been. There is a small lake where my boy did his first canoe ride. We also enjoyed their free range eggs for breakfast !

This is a fantastic place to relax, rural camping at its best. The views are spectacular and the owners are really friendly. We were able to buy fresh farm eggs for our breakfast which is something we never do at home in France! My husband was delighted at the close proximity of Stafford Moor carp fishing lake and noted the number of golf courses in the area. We will definitely be back, it's an excellent place for families, children can roam free with out a concern. We had a wonderful long weekend.

We stayed there for a few days, we were made to feel most at home by jon and Fi and all had a fabulous time including my 14 year old and spaniel. There is a beautiful little woodland haven to wander through and a lake with coy carp where you can sit and ponder. We would definitely love to come back sometime, a real escape from the rat race.

Spent a wonderful 5 nights at this delightful farm in sunny Devon. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the weather was perfect and all in all we had a fanatastic holiday here. Would definitely recommend it to other campers and caravanners. A+++
