Wowo in East Sussex

Good day happy campers.

Come to Wowo for some campfire fun, musicians camp for free on Friday nights as long as you are a half decent musician and you have an 'open fire' policy so any other campers are welcome to come and join you to enjoy your music.

No stereos/radios allowed on our site, it is only acoustic music (EXCLUDING BONGOS/DRUMS!!)

We are predominantly a family campsite with plenty of space for your kids to run wild and bring any games/bikes to play in one of our numerous fields.

Why not try our luxury camping options....we have 3 yurts to rent which are all kitted out with a kitchen area and woodstove making the perfect cosy get away. Contact us direct for availabilty.

Only socialable dogs to be brought onto our site please and we reserve the right to ask you to leave if your dog has anti-social behaviour to kids or other dogs.

Their are no dustbins at all on our site so we ask you all to manage you own waste and recycle all you can.

Each group of campers are allowed their own campfire, we drive around and deliver wood direct to your tent but please feel free to bring your own (no construction wood please and NO NAILS!)

It is essential to book in advance so please drop us an email with your prefered dates and the number of adults/kids that wish to come camping and we'll check availbility. You have to book for both Friday and Saturday night please. We do not accept caravans or groups of teenage kids without parental supervision.

Reviews of Wowo

The autumnal coloured leaves dropping all around while we ate our free soup served every Saturday in season and ate THE most delicious bread made on-site by a guy called Andy. A few musicians strummed away and then an opera singer joined in to top it all off. The staff we are very friendly and we hope to come back every year as there is a real community vibe here.
