Pretty location, sited 4 minutes walk from Alfriston village with its historic background and beautiful surrounding countryside. Great location for restaurants, Beachy Head and Birling Gap. Backed by the Sussex Downs.

Separate Ladies/Gents Toilet/Shower facilities. Womens' changing/toilet/shower area now being re-vamped, 3 further showers/toilets/washbasins, kitchen area moved.
*Also available - Fridge for iceboxes etc. and Sockets for chargers etc.*

The site is now open for Duke of Edinburgh Student Award participants and Youth Groups, large families and individuals, special interest groups, all welcome.
LONGER TERM DURATION CAMPING BY ARRANGEMENT

CIVIL PARTIES catered for in separate field near to woodland, at a distance from main Camping area; camp fires allowed, electricity provided, any time of the year. Includes use of toilets/showers on site.

HORSE RIDING ON SITE:
Great.....great deals for camping participants at Alfriston Camping Park in 2012! Pony rides starting on the 5 acres, Sat mornings,{may be extended, subject to demand, and by arrangement for weekday campers}...........£2 for short pony ride, £4 longer ride,..........Stable Mgmt. and ride......£10.........1hr. adult ride/tuition, inc. 1/2 hr. ride.........£20. Other riding options by arrangement, including overnight 2 day courses, to be detailed......When booking camping please specify requirement for riding/pony rides.....alfristoncampingpark@hotmail.co.uk.

FREE Use of Outdoor Tennis Courts. All levels and abilities welcome. Due to high demand, next year group coaching sessions will take place on site, details to be posted.

Stayed here 2 nights and it is a gorgeous spot - great atmosphere , lots of fires you an hire a barrel logs and kindling for £6 ! , showers and toilets are fine men's just been done up , ladies adequate and will be done up soon !
Not expensive and within 5 mins walk of Alfriston village and lovely walk to Littleton along the river to an excellent pub or tea rooms ! Going back soon ! The south downs is beautiful. Best campsite in miles.

Set in a very picturesque part of the South Downs. Great facilities (plenty of hot water, kept really clean) and onsite activities - Tennis, Riding. Good for walking/cycling offsite. Very friendly, informal and relaxing!
