The cabins are located on a working croft where we keep a small herd of Aberdeen Angus cows and Black-face sheep. Designated a National Scenic Area, due to the outstanding natural beauty of the coastal landscape, the Uig area is famed for its numerous white shell sand beaches, rocky coves, crystal clear turquoise seas, dramatic cliffs, rugged hills & gentle machair grasslands carpeted with wild flowers during the summer months. This wilderness landscape is rich in flora, fauna & bird-life including golden eagles & sea eagles. Opportunities for outdoor activities are numerous - hill walking, fishing, surfing, kayaking, sea-cliff climbing, boat trips or gentle strolls along the shore.
