Highfield is a peaceful, dog-friendly, 7-acre croft with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, located just a 5-minute walk from the long sandy beach of Tralee Bay. It offers 50 spacious pitches for tents, tourers, and motorhomes and has immaculate, modern facilities including a new shower and toilet block, and dishwashing area.

The site is one mile from the pretty village of Benderloch, which has a well-stocked local shop and the wonderful Beinn Lora Cafe with its to die for homemade cakes, sandwiches, and pizzas. There are well-marked cycle paths around the area and some beautiful woodland, hill, and beach walks.

Highfield is also the perfect base for exploring both locally and further afield. Oban, the 'Gateway to the Isles' is just 9 miles away and has its own Distillery and Chocolate Company, and the Michelin-mentioned Etive restaurant. The Isle of Mull is a 45-minute ferry ride from Oban, and Glencoe, Fort William, and Inveraray are all within 1 hours drive. Ben Nevis is an easy 1.5-hour drive.

Guests are welcome to use the facilities at Tralee Bay Holidays (laundry room, fly fishing, putting green, slipway for launching boats and Tralee Bay fish and chips), a 2-minute walk away.
