We offer a multi-award winning Caravan Club Certificated Location (CL) for five touring caravans or motorhomes. Greetham Retreat was the overall national winner of the CL of the Year competition in 2013. It was also the Regional Winner for Central England in 2012 and 2014 in the CL of the Year.

The site is tranquil and peacfull and is also open all year but has all the facilities you would expect on a much larger commercial caravan site.

Our five club standard spacious hard-standing pitches all have a parking area to the front.

The good quality private roadway provides access to the site that sits on a gentle slope, the pitches however are terraced but provide a very level surface for each van.

The site is screened by banking, a wildflower meadow and several trees and has fantastic views across the Lincolnshire Wolds an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Pets welcome on the CL site and are free of charge.

The owners Rob and Jeanette Folwell are caravanners themselves and have tried to ensure that the CL site is equipped and designed to the very highest standards equal to those on most Caravan Club sites.

Facilities:
All pitches have 16 amp electric hook-ups and a top quality service area is situated on site and features a fresh water tap as well as waste (grey) water and chemical toilet disposal points plus separate dustbins for recycling.

A new purpose built toilet and shower room is located within the main building at Greetham Retreat for use by guests on our caravan site. It is heated and has an electric shaving socket, wash hand basin with hot and cold water, hand dryer, is fully tiled with luxury fittings and includes a large family shower cubicle and WC.

All the above are available free of charge as it is included in the pitch fees.

The laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier is available for guests staying at Greetham Retreat ( but a small charge applies).

Free Wi-Fi is also available to all guests on site.

Holitic Therapies:
We also offer a wide selection of holistic therapy and massage treatments for all guests staying at Greetham Retreat. Please ask for details or view our oun website for fither information.

Grounds:
Greetham Retreat CL site is set in over four acres of private natural grounds that include a newly planted woodland area with mown paths and numerous seating areas, ideally located to take in the glorious views and enjoy a picnic or glass of wine. The grounds have been designed to encourage a wide variety of wildlife and to this end we have erected several bird and bat boxes, have a wildflower meadow and a large wildlife pond, all available to explore to enjoy.

Prices/Tariffs:
Pitches cost £16 per night all year, a small deposit may be required for all advanced bookings.

Booking and Contact Details:
We recommend booking in advance to ensure you get a pitch, as we get very busy at peak times.

Holiday Cottages/Self catering Accommodation:
Greetham Retreat also has five quality contemporary self catering holiday cottages for between 2 and 6 people in each cottage. It is possible to book the self catering cottages together with pitches on our caravan site, if a larger family or group gathering with freinds is required.
