Located on the edge of The National Forest, Springwood Fisheries offers a small family run site for relaxing and fishing. We are close to lots of attractions including Caulke Abbey, Staunton Harrold Reservoir, as well as local footpaths to explore the surrounding areas.

We have two well stocked fishing lakes, with 15 electric hook-up pitches and four glamping pods.

Facilities include:

All of our hookups are 16amp
Water tap
Chemical toilet disposal point
Refuse bins
Pot washing area (No charge for hot water)
Toilets and showers (No additional charge for showers)

We are close to Melbourne Town a small market town and the first "Walkers are Welcome" town in Derbyshire.

Very clean site friendly owners and very helpful will be going again now we've found it we really enjoyed a few days peace

the site is on the border of Leicestershire and Derbyshire just outside Melbourne very handy for donninton park race circuit /download .Derby.Nottingham .Leicester site itself has two lakes that fish well a cafe that provides drinks breakfasts ect it is a clean site and is run by very helpful and friendly people we go very often as it is local to us
