We are a small family run site, it's fairly recently built, in a walled garden which is sheltered by a belt of large beech trees. We only have 30 pitches which cover the site in four different areas. We don't have a shop but are close to Docking, where there is all one needs. There are also lovely dog walks around the woods outside the site. The small office is not always attended, so guests are asked to pitch where they like and we will be around later.

Site facilities include:

30 pitches - all connected to electricity and TV
hot showers (free)
wash basins
flush toilets
shaver points
disabled wash facilities
separate sink for dish washing and veg. prep
chemical disposal point
hair dryers (small charge)

Reviews of Garden Caravan Site

Ours was a last minute booking and I’m so glad we found the site on the internet the evening before. We were lucky enough to have it to ourselves (minus the pheasant and owl) Located down a farm track, tucked away, was a lovely walled site that seemed to have spacious pitches and an adequate washing/showering/we block. New Years Eve was perfect, quiet, with starry skies and fireworks from a neighbouring unseen propoerty. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to seeing it in warmer weather. What a great start to 2019!

The Garden Caravan Site is away from the main road down a small country lane.
The site is well kept amongst high walls and trees. There is plenty of space between units which can be a rarity nowadays. The toilet & shower block is closed everyday between 13.00 & 14.00 for cleaning.
Part of the site is a one way system for vehicles.
There is also a pleasant dog walk in the wooded area.
However, I felt that the prices were a little steep. Instead of charging so much per unit per night the charge is per person, alright if there are only 2 people in the caravan but extremely high if you consist of a family.

Response from Garden Caravan Site
prices are alittle less then Caravan & Camping club prices and we have kept our prices same as last year. If you would like it cheaper came in september £7.00 per adult.
