Alderfen Marshes offers five private sites for wild-camping on the Norfolk Broads, situated in nine acres of marshland conservation area within a Site of Special Scientific Interest for its diverse wildlife.

Our 'back-to-basics' camping is off-grid, suitable for small tents and hammocks only. Fresh water is delivered to site and fire pits provided. Canoe hire is available to explore the surrounding waterways.

Accessible by foot (a five minute walk from the car park) or by canoe, this peaceful location is ideal for nature lovers and campers who really want to get away from it all.

All sites are private, with no other campers passing through your site. Shared paths through the conservation area ensure that campers can all enjoy the natural setting. Offers are available for camping and canoeing weekends.
