Reviews of Aldenham Country Park

I have to give 5* as you get what it says on the tin... WILD CAMPING. No luxuries as far as bathroom facilities go, but what is there, I have always found to be clean and usable. What more than makes up for this is the lovely surroundings, spacious and tidy fields. Good walks, things to entertain the children, helpful and friendly staff. Center of London is a short train ride away.

Excellent site for a night's get away. Very simple facilities, literally a tap in a field. Toilets are available in the car park around 5-10 mins walk away.
Good peaceful location and a quiet field.
You can get to the park and use the facilities (play area, pony rides etc), or just hang in the field.
There was a fire pit that was being used by a group. I was a bit concerned as I thought they would be up all night but the whole site was quiet from 10pm.
Site is close to Stanmore too, so if you want to head to Wembley on a weekend might be a good bet to stay here.
