It is up to you to regularly review the Terms and Conditions in case there are any changes. English law shall apply to the contract and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
1. POLICIES
1.1 - Cancellation/Returns/Refunds Policy - Booking deposits are non-refundable. Should you cancel your booking, a refund will not be given for your deposit. lovecamping.co.uk is not responsible for the balance of payment for your booking; please deal directly with the campsite concerned for booking queries and cancellations.
1.2 - Delivery Policy - As bookings are not deliverable, your account and services do not include delivery. You will be sent a confirmation email for your booking and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is not blocked by any spam filters that you may have in place.
1.3 - Privacy Policy - We collect personally identifiable data (PID) about you that you specifically and voluntarily provide. We endeavour to collect only the minimum PID to provide the service that you request. By registering your PID you expressly give permission to us to contact you regarding the goods and services we supply. We do not sell or rent your PID to anybody. We may be required by law to disclose information you have provided to conform to the law and legal authorities.
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use lovecamping.co.uk’s services you will need certain equipment, not supplied by lovecamping.co.uk. This includes a computer, an internet connection, and the necessary software to browse the internet and access emails. lovecamping.co.uk is designed for and tested on Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, run in their default settings. Performance on other applications cannot be guaranteed, and no assurance can be provided that lovecamping.co.uk services can be used with any configuration of computer, software, and settings. The necessary programs to utilise lovecamping.co.uk services are available for free on the internet, and as such no refund can be made for any failure of your own equipment to receive, process, and correctly display lovecamping.co.uk services.
