Reviews of Hooks House Farm Campsite

We have been to this site on 3 occasions now and find the place a little jewel. Set on a gentle slope with beautiful views of Robin Hood Bay it is the ideal place to relax. There is a family field for kids to play in, The village is a short walk through a field ( up hill on the way back and at night you will need a torch...mind the sheep!)Facilities are spotless, the owners are very helpful and ensure that the toilets/showers are always spotless. There can be a small queue at peak times for the showers so timing is all important. there is also a microwave and freezer for the campers use along with a kettle if required. It can get a bit windy sometimes so would recommend extra tent pegs...just in case. We stayed on one visit where we saw a lot of less well prepared tents suffer but ours stayed put (Coleman) We would highly recommend this site and wil be returning for many years to come.
