It is only one mile form the park and has everything needed for supplies, groceries, newspapers etc. There is also a choice of public houses, cafes, restaurants and take aways. The delicatessant is rated as one of the best in Wales. Historically there is the Judges Lodgings - a Victorian courthouse and lodgings. Knighton has the nearest rail link, about six miles away, and there is a local bus service that passes the park entrance. The surrounding area is steeped in history and has many castles, hill forts and evidence of Roman occupation.

Reviews of Rockbridge Park
We had a great few days at Rockbridge despite the weather! Steve was the friendliset and most helpful warden we have encountered and his first hand knowledge of the area and the town was really useful (Linda was also lovely). We would definitely return and look forward to developments to the site next year - the toiletries in the shower block were a nice touch!
