Denmark Farm Eco Campsite in Ceredigion

Set in a wonderful, wildlife-rich 40 acre nature reserve, the Eco Campsite is situated on a gently sloping field next to woodland. With almost no light pollution, the stars are amazing too!

We have space for 10 two person pitches or equivalent, up to a maximum of 20 adults. Children aged 10 and below can be in addition to this as long as the overall total of 10 pitches is not exceeded. An 18 foot diameter yurt is also available for hire as communal (not sleeping) space.

There is a small kitchen area next to the campsite, made from sustainably sourced timber, set back within the woodland edge. This is for food prep and washing up (cold water tap nearby). No washing of dishes is permitted in the main bathroom/toilet area.

The campsite is not accessible by car as it is 150 metres from the carpark, via a level tarmac path and then a gentle slope in the field itself. A large barrow/trolley is available to transport equipment.

Toilets and showers are in the Centre, close to the car park, with access via a key pad lock. There is also a compost toilet near the car park.

Other considerations
• Tents only - no caravans or campervans allowed on site.
• Guide dogs only on campsite; other dogs only permissible if sole occupancy (see below).
• No open fires.
• ‘Quiet Site / please leave no trace’ (i.e. no amplified music & remove all waste/refuse).
• No electricity available on site.

Other Equipment

The camp kitchen includes a double gas ring, large saucepan, kettle, sink and small storage area. Minimal lighting is installed - campers need to bring their own torches etc. The yurt (optional hire) includes a large round table (seating 10-12), chairs and use of wood burning stove (BYO wood). Four 8 seat picnic benches are sited externally nearby.
