Reviews of Sunridge

Fantastic experience - the tents are exactly as described in the www.sun-ridge.co.uk. Facilities are new and equipment ample including gas barbeques and a luxury shower block. Tents have electricity and wifi, extra air mattresses are available which was essential for us two families with children. Overall a very clean, good site. Only negative aspects is that there is no communal fire-pit, only one firebowl, which puts one tent at a disadvantage if site rented by two different parties. Also, the promised firewood wasn't available. Food shopping is limited in the immediate surrounds until we discovered a fantastic farm shop in Yealmpton called Riverford - great butcher for BBQs, fresh bread and veg, good wine and beer. Best beach, although a bit of a hike, Stoke Beach in Noss Mayo a few miles distant. Overall, a great glamp site, but best rent both tents so that you get the whole site for yourself.
