Lower Dutson Farm Caravan Club C L in Cornwall

Lower Dutson is a 180 acre working cattle and sheep farm with the River Tamar as one of it's borders. The family have been farming here for over 100 years.

We have two cottages: Swallows and Meadow Cottage, both of which are family friendly. Meadow Cottage welcomes pets by arrangement.

Guests are welcome to walk around the pretty coarse fishing lake and along the river Tamar, where you might spot a kingfisher, heron, buzzard or deer. When staying with us, you can also fish for salmon/trout along the river Tamar or try your skill at coarse fishing.

The two cottages are ideally located to explore Dartmoor and the Cornish moors as well as the sandy beaches and harbours of Devon and Cornwall.

You can pick up all the local produce you need from Homeleigh Garden Centre only 400 yards up the road or why not get up late one day and enjoy an all day breakfast there too.

Our Caravan Club site overlooks our pretty sheltered lake with an abundance of wildlife. Fishing on the lake and the river Tamar are available.

The site is open all year and so has areas of hard standing for winter months. Pets and families are welcome to take a stroll down through our fields to the river Tamar. All we ask is that dogs remain on the lead when going through fields with livestock.

The site has mains water, a chemical empty facility and has both ladies and gents toilets.
