Adults only quiet campsite with basic facilities. Lovely Westerly views. Own fishing lakes adjacent. Hardstandings, toilets.
Owlsbury Park is a small basic site offering a tranquil stay for adults only (dogs welcome, on leads) in a countryside location, whilst being close to many amenities such as shops, bus/train services, and golf courses. We have our own coarse fishing lakes plus a local fishing club lake nearby and a short drive takes you to many National Trust and many other historical and garden properties.
It is a one and half acre site with caravan/motorhome and tent pitches available. Non members can jointhe CandC Club on arrival to avail of preferential rates. We also have an adjacent field that we open up during Bank Hols etc. The site has the basic facilities - drinking water, a chemical disposal point, toilets with solar lighting, and there is a quiet 'suitcase' generator hire facility for recharging batteries or powering lights, tv, etc.
There are picnic benches/tables dotted around and bbq's available.
Enjoy the lovely Southerly and Westerly views and the chance of seeing deer (inc. sometimes a white hart), pheasant, foxes and other wildlife, especially at quiet early morning and late evening. Wander or sit round the lakes for real peace and quiet.
There are 2 pubs serving meals at the end of the road.
Booking is essential, as there are security locks for the gate and toilets
