Alvie Estate - a traditional Highland Estate overlooking the Cairngorm mountain range near the village of Kincraig, in the Cairngorm National Park just 4 miles south of Aviemore.

Alvie provides an ideal centre from which to explore Scotland, participate in one of the many activities available on the Estate and locally, search for your roots, find out how we make a living in rural Scotland or enjoy the natural environment.

Alvie House - an Edwardian style shooting lodge providing exclusive fully catered accommodation and a venue for business meetings, corporate entertainment, weddings, product launches and film location.

There are 3 self catering cottages on the farm, 2 flats in Alvie House plus chalets and static holiday caravans on Dalraddy Holiday Park.

Dalraddy Holiday Park - Own your own holiday home overlooking the Cairngorms. Tents, touring caravans and motor homes welcome. Shop on site with essentials plus local crafts, laundrette and children's playpark.

For the physically active there is walking, climbing, skiing, cycling, horse riding, shooting, quads, fishing, golf, gliding and watersports locally.

There are nature reserves, bird reserves and the Highland Wildlife Park within a few miles of Alvie, an Osprey hide at Boat of Garten, a steam railway at Aviemore, Folk museum and Ruthven Barracks in Kingussie, castles at Blair Atholl, Cawdor and Loch an Eilein, an ancient stone circle at Delfour on Alvie Estate and sheep dog displays on Dunachton.

Alvie Estate itself is well worth exploring, guided tours can be arranged as well as falconry displays, whisky tasting, off road driving and archery. Help the keeper feed the red deer in the winter months, watch sheep being clipped in June, visit the fish hatchery, rock quarry or strawberry farm.
