Our three family owned parks: Pettycur Bay, Kinghorn Harbour and Leven Beach, are perfect centres for holiday-makers who wish to relax and enjoy a memorable break in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Our parks overlook miles of golden sands, and the spectacular sea views and safe bathing make it an ideal holiday destination for the whole family.

Caravan hire and sales:
We have a wide range of new and used holiday homes available for sale and for hire. We also have a dedicated campsite at Pettycur Bay with services for touring caravans, motor homes and tents.

From all of our parks you can explore the unique Kingdom of Fife, with its miles of coastal walks, ancient castles and picturesque traditional villages, or participate in a wealth of outdoor leisure activities in the surrounding countryside.

Leisure Centre, Restaurants and Entertainment:
Our holiday park at Pettycur Bay is situated next to our Bay Leisure Centre with swimming pool, fitness suite, games and amusements, retail shop, laundry, indoor and outdoor kid's play areas.

Within our Leisure centre you'll find our Horizons Restaurant offering elegant dining in a superb environment. We also have an all day menu available in the Waterfront Lounge which offers a range of snacks, bar lunches and suppers.

Our 'Images' Night Club provides the perfect venue for you to enjoy a wide variety of entertainment, including cabaret, dance, traditional Scottish nights and theme nights. Our function suites are available for private events and weddings too!
