The beach with its rock pools and sand is a playground for children and can keep them occupied for hours looking for crabs, shells and stones. Bring your fishing rod and fish off the rocks ? you might catch a bass or rock cod for your dinner, or a bicycle and cycle into Lendalfoot over into the beautiful Ayrshire hills.
