-All 5 pitches have hard standing and electric hook ups.
-The site was made exclusively for adults in order to retain the quiet and peaceful nature of the area.
-Responsible dog owners are welcome with normal Caravan Club Rules strictly enforced.
-The Lancaster Canal is only 200 metres away, and dog owners like to exercise their dogs here.
-The site benefits from wide, tarmaced access roads with a wide entrance.
-The use of the heated toilet and shower block is included in the site fee.
