Welcome to Skiddaw View the Award Winning Holiday Home Park, situated in a secluded delightful setting on the outskirts of Bassenthwaite in the Northern Lake District Cumbria. Offering fully equipped self-catering Static Caravans and Timber Lodges.

Off the park in local villages we have a number of Cottages, as well as a large house for groups.

All of our Holiday Homes (Static Caravans and Timber Lodges) have received the prestigious "Rose Award" from the English Tourist Board for the high standards we maintain.

All our cottages and houses are rated Three Stars minimum.

The twenty acre park is nestled into the hillside with panoramic views of Skiddaw and the Northern Fells, with easy access to the market towns of Keswick and Cockermouth; as well as the Solway Coast area of outstanding natural beauty.

Our location is ideal for visiting the Northern Lake District which includes: Bassenthwaite, Derwent Water, Buttermere and also the quieter Western Lakes of Ennerdale, Loweswater and Crummock.

We are only 30 minutes drive from The Great Border City of Carlisle and Penrith, and within an hour you can reach Windermere, Ambleside and Grasmere.
