Bradford Kaims Country Park is a privately owned park, located just inland from the lovely village of Bamburgh with its castle and sandy beaches. We have a select number of pitches for static caravans and specific areas for touring and caravans. We do not accept tents.
The park is well situated yet secluded to offer you a peaceful stay whilst in the country.
We are close to all local amenities and provide a good base to work from whilst on holiday. The caravan park is surrounded by land designated as being of 'Special Scientific Interest' near historic Bamburgh Castle. But even this majestic feast of history is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of places to visit and explore. You are only a stones throw from Lindisfarne (Holy Island), the cradle of Christianity in England. There are the magnificent local market towns of Berwick-upon-Tweed and Alnwick, whose castle is the home of the current Duke of Northumberland.
You can visit the National Park Centre at Powburn, where the treasures of the Northumberland National Park will unfold, or enjoy a great day out at nearby Keilder Water. Take a boat trip from Seahouses to the spectacular Farne Islands, where colonies of seabirds such as the Kittywake, Cormorant, Puffin and Razorbills can be seen together with the most important colony of Grey Seal in Europe.
Park Amenities: Full Mains Services, Site Shop/Cafe, Childrens play area, launderette.
