This 17th century farmhouse is located on a working 100 acre beef and sheep farm situated in the unspoilt rural countryside of South Derbyshire.

We are near the village of Boylestone, amongst quite country lanes. We offer a twin bedded room and also a large family room, both with en suite facilities. There is a separate guest dining room/lounge with colour television.

The farm is centrally located for visits to Alton Towers, the Derbyshire Dales and the Staffordshire Moorlands. The historic towns of Uttoxeter, Ashbourne and Derby are all within 15 minutes drive away.

Touring Caravans & Camping - (20 pitches)

There is also an adjacent caravan/camp site for touring caravans & tents. This is provided for in a field near to the house.

The facilities provided are toilets, showers and electrical hook-up. With also a toilet emptying point and drinking water supply point.

Site fees are from 6 UK pounds per night and pets are accepted.
