The site is close to the A14 with easy access to the FAMOUS SUFFOLK COUNTRYSIDE, and yet just 2 miles from the modern and extensive facilities Ipswich, the county town. Also we are only 7.5 miles from the seaside resort and Port of Felixstowe. Constable Country is but a short drive away, as are the traditional Suffolk attractions at Woodbridge, Aldeburgh and Southwold.
