Reviews of The Old Vineyard Campsite
Wow, if anything I'd say the review from Intent Camper is inaccurate! This site was just what we were hoping for. Relaxed, unfussy, simple camping in a completely peaceful and child-safe environment. Our kids had a great time and we all left feeling like we'd had a great holiday. Dan the owner is laid back and approachable, the campfires are great, the simple facilities are spotless and the shop and pub are reachable in the lovely village of Grundisburgh within 5 minutes by car or a nice half hour walk along footpaths. The distances to coastal towns are also correct in the description - we went to both - but any good camper would have checked these distances before choosing to stay on the site. And as for pungent smells and noise - what nonsense! A little slice of tranquility at a great price. We'll go again this year.
