A peaceful family run rural site offering pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents with optional 16amp electric hook up to most pitches. With sixty generous pitches spread across 9 acres.

We have a newly built luxury amenity block which boasts free hot showers, a separate family / disabled bathroom, laundry room and a dedicated campers wash up area. We have a new childrens play area and large open unused field which is great for childrens ball games, dog walking etc. We welcome well behaved supervised children.

We have our own public footpath at the back of the site which cuts through Newbourne Springs nature reserve and after a ten minute stroll through the country it brings you out in the back garden of the great local pub The Fox Inn Newourne !!

WIFI is availbale throughout much of the site and we have a small on site shop for your basic provisions.

The site backs on to Newbourne Springs nature reserve and the surrounding area offers abundant footpaths and cycling.

Easily accesible from Felixstowe, Woodbridge and Ipswich the area offers plenty to do for all ages.

Unlike many sites that boast peaceful and rural we genuinely are away from road noise and light pollution and yet there is so much to do on our doorstep.

Reviews of Steadings Park

what a wonderful site we will be back, great to be able to walk to the river, Tugboat loved the various walks near the site. Owners were every helpful and even gave us some bin bags which we forgot! The on site shop was brilliant for provisions but if you fancy a wonder out Newbourne has a fabulous farmers shop which do yummy cakes and you can even stop for a cup of tea!!
had a lovely time at steadings park, very clean and peaceful, nice walks, new owners, very happy to help and welcoming.
New owners, very friendly and helpful.A lovely clean and peaceful site, will definitely go back next season, would recommend.
Peaceful, quiet, spacious, excellent walks and views. New owners are dedicated with ambitious plans to improve site further but maintain feel and ethos.
