3 heated swimming pools plus maxi flume
No less than three swimming and children's pools heated to a minimum of 80ºF, whilst the ample terraces provide a haven for sun bathers.
The giant maxiflume provides way to ensure an exciting entrance to the pool with a splash!

A Few Minutes from the beach.
Famous for its wonderful stretches of award winning beaches, the seaside resort of Lowestoft is only 3 miles away whilst the beaches of Kessingland and Pakefield are only a short walk from the park.

Licensed Family Bar
Heathlands Family Bar supplies the perfect lunch time and evening retreat where all the family can enjoy a relaxing drink.

Private Fishing Lake
The well stocked private fishing lake is an ideal retreat for anglers of all ages but please remember you need an Enviroment Agency Licence.

All Weather Tennis Court
The Superb "All Weather" Tennis Court is a great way to let off steam. Equipment is available for hire.

Childrens Play Areas
Heathland Beach has an aray of adventure play areas around the park including a sandpit and play area in the touring meadow to keep the younger guests amused.

The Modern Facilities include the highest standard of service connections, individual pitches provide illuminated electric hook up point, T.V Aerial socket outlet and shared mains water tap. Most pitches are a minimum area of 11 x 11 metres.

A hard surface road has been placed around the touring meadow enabling dry and direct access to 80% of all pitches. A children's play area with the latest play equipment has been provided to keep children of all ages amused, while parents can relax in the adjacent picnic and BBQ area. A planting system has been incorporated to provide privacy and further enhancement to the natural environment, with low lighted walkways to provide a safe environment for all.
